This project was a full kitchen remodel for homeowners in Orange County who were ready to move on from an outdated design and layout that no longer worked for them. Storage was limited, counter space was tight, and the kitchen didn’t support how they actually use the space day to day.

We reworked the kitchen layout and moved both the sink and the cooktop to make the room function better and to allow for an island with seating. On one wall, two low windows were taking up valuable cabinet space. Replacing them with a single arched window with a black frame gave us room for more cabinetry and naturally became a strong visual moment in the kitchen.

The space is anchored by inset shaker cabinets with a subtle decorative bevel and a medium wood finish. With the new layout, the kitchen now offers much more storage, better workspace, and a layout that feels comfortable and easy to live with.
